REFORMER PILATES CLASSES

Align

Suitable for: All clients | Intensity: Low

This open-level class suits all fitness levels, guiding you through foundational Pilates exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and posture. With a focus on core stability and alignment, this slower-paced, low-impact class encourages mindful movement and precision. Minimal props keep the emphasis on technique, balance, and body awareness, building the perfect foundation for your Pilates journey. This class offers the perfect balance of challenge and flow.

We recommend beginners complete this class at least five times before moving on to other class types.


Fusion

Suitable for: All clients | Intensity: Low

This class combines 30 minutes of Pilates strength training with 15-20 minutes of deep, restorative stretching for a balanced, full-body experience. With plenty of options to help you progress at your own pace, it’s suitable for all levels.


Strength

Suitable for: Intermediate to advanced clients | Intensity: Moderate

This resistance-based class uses the reformer, weights, rings, and balance beams to challenge every major muscle group. Slow, controlled movements build strength, stability, and endurance, making it ideal for those looking to improve muscle tone and definition.


Pump

Suitable for: Intermediate to advanced clients | Intensity: High

This high-energy class combines Pilates with cardio to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. It’s perfect for those looking for a challenging full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong and accomplished. Energising music and a motivating atmosphere make every session intense and exciting.


Jump

Suitable for: All clients | Intensity: High

This high-intensity jumpboard class boosts your heart rate and builds endurance, suitable for all levels. Perfect for those looking to challenge themselves and elevate their fitness, you can expect something fun and new at each class.


MAT PILATES CLASSES

Pace

Suitable for: All clients | Intensity: Low to Moderate

Pace is a full-body mat Pilates workout designed to build strength, mobility, and control through intentional, low-impact movement. With a steady tempo and focus on alignment and core engagement, this class enhances body awareness and functional strength.

What to expect:

At Pilates Pavilion, we offer a unique Pilates experience that enhances both your physical fitness and mental well-being.

Our classes, lasting between 45-50 minutes, are structured with a 3-5 minute warm-up, a full-body workout, and end with 3-5 minute stretch. We prioritise evidence-based practices, using external cues to guide your movement.

While we offer a selection of props, such as balls, balance beams, weights, the magic circle, and resistance bands, to enrich your practice, we stay true to Pilates’ essence by using them selectively. The reformer itself is a powerful tool, providing tailored resistance, challenging balance, and allowing for a full exploration of movement and mobility.

Pilates is a mind-body discipline that strengthens and enhances flexibility through focused attention. Our supportive instructors encourage you to listen to your body, creating a positive and inclusive class environment. You will never feel intimidated, and we honour the uniqueness of each individual’s journey.
