I am passionate about creating a welcoming space for everyone, especially women who deserve a moment of self-care.

I prefer to practice and teach low-impact Pilates, which emphasises strength and conditioning. I like the use of soft background music in my classes and love to encourage my clients to try new things, while being very mindful and respectful of everyone's individual level. My teaching style is warm and approachable, aiming to make every class a wholesome yet challenging experience, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner. I truly enjoy watching my clients progress and get stronger!

Pilates inspires me because it’s a practice that connects the mind and body, fostering both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Outside the studio, I'm a mum to two little ones, and I’m always finding ways to keep myself and my family active. I am an introvert. I love beautiful things and practice minimalism in my wardrobe, home, and approach to life.

Stemming from my love for dance, I’ve always had a deep passion for movement and the impact it has on both the mind and the body. I am incredibly passionate about supporting clients along their health and wellness journey, and hope to make their day a little brighter by doing so! I truly believe this job is so rewarding, and am so grateful to be a part of it.

Nine years ago, Marybeth discovered pilates and hasn't looked back. The mental and physical benefits captivated her, and with a background in performance, she found a beautiful synergy between pilates' fluid movements and dance. She's passionate about sharing the strength, agility, and focus it cultivates. Expect unique, challenging flows with slow and controlled movements, and a healthy dose of burn! Especially when she brings out her favorite prop, the Chi Ball!

I am a passionate and enthusiast Pilates instructor that has a passion for movement and catering to everyone's individual needs and wants throughout a class. My love for Pilates stems from my ballet background and my overall love of health and fitness. I made the change to move into Pilates full time after being a director of a childcare centre, and it has been the best move yet. 

My teaching style is warm and inviting for all. I teach a full body workout with a love for wanting to challenge and add a fun little burn into the class, no matter what level of Pilates you are at. 

Outside of the studio I lead a very active lifestyle and often found at the gym, practicing Pilates myself and running. I have a love for the ocean and spending time focusing on my health and wellness.

Hi, I’m Jas! 

Your mat Pilates instructor and crèche educator! 

My biggest goal is ensuring everyone who comes to one of my classes feels supported, comfortable & confident! My aim is to build a fun environment for people to move, learn and strengthen! Pilates has transformed my own strength, confidence and overall well-being, and I’m passionate about helping others experience the same benefits. 

With 2 little girls of my own I am in awe of Pilates Pavilion’s philosophy and the support they are able to offer mums and I can’t wait to be a part of that while looking after your little ones in the crèche!

Sam discovered Pilates while on holiday and before long that love of movement led her to becoming a qualified Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor.

Fast forward 10 years, Sam’s taught in Sydney studios and online and now brings the heat as your Pilates hype girl to the South Coast. Her classes are for those that love the burn - expect to strengthen, sweat and shake through dynamic, full body flows.

Outside the studio, Sam is a new mum and has a German Shepherd who is just as demanding. She loves to cook, hike and travel with her soon to be husband. Life is full and she wouldn’t have it any other way.
